Account setup and management 
Register
There are 3 easy ways to register and set up an account on CARBODIRECT
- Register online—Follow the instructions on screen to set up your registration. Once complete, you’re ready to begin shopping.
- Contact your sales rep—If you are an existing customer, you may contact your sales rep to set up your online registration, as you may be pre-approved for wholesale pricing and additional payment options.
- Contact us online—If you don’t have a sales rep, email us or use the chat feature in the bottom right of the window. A representative can assist during the registration process.
Manage your account
Once registered, managing your account details is easy. Just Log in and go to My Account. You can manage the following in your account:
- Change your password
- Change your email address
- Update your billing/shipping addresses
- View your order status and reorder

Tax exemption setup 
Approved buyers can request to have their tax-exempt status set up for online orders.
- Existing customers—Contact your sales rep or email us and request that your tax-exempt status be set up online.
- New customers—During the process of setting up your account and/or applying for invoice payment option, you can email us your tax exemption certificate and request that your tax-exempt status be associated with your account.
Wholesale pricing setup 
- Existing customers—Approved customers can request that their online account be set up for wholesale pricing. Simply contact your sales rep or email us and request that your online account reflect your current wholesale pricing.
- New customers—To apply for wholesale pricing, you can select “Apply for Wholesale Discounts” in the lower left-hand column, or you will be prompted during checkout once logged in. You can also email us or call us at +1 800 551 3247.
Payment and billing 
CARBODIRECT offers two ways to pay for your online orders:
- Credit card—All customers have the option to pay via credit card. At this time, we accept VISA®, Mastercard® and American Express®.
- Invoicing—Credit-approved customers can request to pay for online orders via invoice.
- Existing customers—Simply contact your sales rep or email us and request that your online account be set up for invoicing.
- New customers—Once you’ve selected the “Invoice” option at checkout, you will be prompted to complete a credit application online for review. If approved, you will receive an email confirmation and your account will be set up to pay by invoice.
Once we have set up your status online, you may choose “Invoice me” at checkout.
- All prices listed on CARBODIRECT are USD.
Managing orders 
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. For orders using shipping, you will also receive an email notifying you when your order has shipped, as well as when it has been delivered. For orders to be picked up onsite at one of our locations, you will receive an email scheduling pickup date and time, and confirming when the order has been picked up.
You can view and manage your orders online. Just Log in and go to My Account. With My Account, you can:
- Update your billing/shipping addresses
- View your order status
- Reorder past orders with a click
If you want to cancel or change an order, please call +1 800 551 3247. Please be aware that all orders are final at the time of checkout. If your order has already been placed in production or shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

- No returns, refunds or exchanges are accepted.

Warranty information

Shipping and pickup preferences 
For orders using shipping, you will receive an email notifying you when your order has shipped, as well as when it has been delivered. For orders to be picked up onsite at one of our locations:
- Reference product availability per location on the product page. Once an onsite pickup location is selected at checkout, please enter preferences for date/time in the comments field. Customer service will then confirm product availability at that location, as well as pickup date and time.
- Once items have been picked up, you will receive an email confirmation.
